Summit Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Medical One-Day Participants includes breakfast and lunch on Monday.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that a refund fee of $75 will be required if cancellation is more than two (2) weeks out from the date of the summit. If you cancel two weeks or less from the date of the course then you will be refunded half of the registration fee. These fees are per attendee.
